All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, templates, strategy documents, AI-generated content, and social media assets, is the legal property of Creative Agency Media, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve all rights. No part of this website or our creative materials may be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without written consent.
Use of AI and Third-Party Tools
Some of the content we create is developed using licensed AI tools, royalty-free platforms, and stock image libraries, which are commercially approved for business use.
We ensure that all third-party and AI-generated content used in our services is aligned with copyright compliance and best practice across the creative and digital industry.
Client Agreements & Payment Terms
When you sign up for any of our services (including our 12-week social media starter packs or any ongoing strategy/branding packages), you agree to the terms outlined in your official onboarding document or proposal.
This includes:
Full upfront payment for 12-week campaigns prior to work commencing
Monthly ongoing service payments due on the first Monday of each month (after the 12-week term)
A $15 late fee for any payments not made by the due date
Suspension of services until payment is received in full
30 days' written notice for any cancellation, submitted via email
Return of content or handover of materials only after all invoices are paid in full
Service Availability
We work to maintain high-quality, reliable services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to content, scheduling tools, or digital platforms, especially when they rely on third-party providers (e.g., Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Website Use & Visitor Agreement
By simply visiting our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and the wider policies of Creative Agency Media. This includes but is not limited to:
Not using our material for unauthorised commercial gain
Not copying, scraping or distributing content without permission
Not misrepresenting our services or brand in any form
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, interruption, or damage caused by use of our site or services, including but not limited to third-party integration failure, delays in social platform algorithms, or changes in platform terms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok updates).
Our creative and strategic services are designed to enhance your brand — but outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue improvement are not guaranteed and may vary case by case.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any content, personal information, or brand material shared with us will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of delivering your service.
We do not sell or share your data. Disclaimer on Previous Trading History. While Creative Agency Media may have previously traded under a different structure or serviced prior clients, it is now operating solely as the legal and creative entity behind Socially Now. We are in no way affiliated with any past clients, clientele, or partnerships from previous business arrangements. Any content, materials, or services created in the past are not connected to our current offerings or brand direction.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services means you accept any changes.
